Position Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and committed Hotel Housekeeping Specialist to become part of our esteemed hotel team. The successful candidate will be a local resident with dependable transportation. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing our guests with an outstanding experience by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key Duties:

  • Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and prepare guest accommodations, which includes changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces, along with any additional tasks as assigned.
  • Common Area Upkeep: Ensure cleanliness in shared spaces of the hotel, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Follow health and safety protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Guest Engagement: Address guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with fellow housekeeping staff and other hotel departments to provide a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel or similar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Transportation: A vehicle is required.
  • Location: Candidates must reside in the local vicinity.
  • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong time management capabilities.
