Role Responsibilities:

The Room Attendant is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall aesthetic of guest accommodations and adjacent corridors.   • Thoroughly cleaning bathrooms, including scrubbing sinks, tubs, toilets, and floors.
  • Restocking supplies in guest rooms and ensuring cleanliness of towels and amenities.
  • Vacuuming rooms and hallways regularly.
  • Communicating with the Executive Housekeeper regarding room status and any necessary repairs.
  • Maintaining a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Understanding fire safety and evacuation protocols.
  • Ensuring the security of guests, fellow associates, and hotel property.
  • Completing additional tasks as directed by management to enhance hotel operations.
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding company operations and sensitive information.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Integrity and teamwork-oriented mindset.
