Role Responsibilities:

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall aesthetic of guest accommodations and adjacent areas. This role requires a friendly and responsive approach to guest needs, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The ideal candidate will embody our philosophy of 'ONE TEAM. Key Duties Include:

  • Promoting and participating in internal growth initiatives.

  • Adhering to all brand standards set by Vision Hospitality Group, Inc.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of guest rooms and public spaces, reporting maintenance issues promptly.
  • Neatly making beds with fresh linens and maintaining cleanliness by removing trash and cleaning surfaces.
  • Deep cleaning one room daily and maintaining the hallway in front of the room.
  • Thoroughly cleaning bathrooms, including scrubbing fixtures and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Replenishing room supplies and ensuring cleanliness of towels and linens.
  • Vacuuming guest rooms and hallways to maintain a tidy environment.
  • Reporting room status and any discrepancies to the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Maintaining a clean and professional work area and appearance.
  • Understanding fire safety and evacuation protocols.
  • Ensuring the security of guests, fellow associates, and hotel property.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management to enhance hotel operations.
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding company operations and sensitive information.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility in work schedule.
  • Integrity and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Commitment to values such as respect, excellence, and community service.
  • Able to work in diverse environments and with individuals from various backgrounds.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Clear communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
