Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to become a vital member of our team. In this role, you will engage with clients to evaluate their speech and language needs, develop individualized treatment strategies, and monitor their progress towards defined objectives. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive knowledge of speech therapy practices, outstanding organizational skills, and a nurturing approach to patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial consultations with new clients and address their inquiries
  • Assess clients and formulate personalized therapy plans
  • Execute therapy plans and modify them as necessary
  • Keep thorough documentation of client care and progress
  • Work collaboratively with clients' families and other healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

  • Valid state license in speech therapy
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Competence in documentation and record-keeping
  • Experience with children on the Autism spectrum
