Key Responsibilities

In this progressive Skilled Nursing Facility, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and dietitians to address the comprehensive needs of our patients
  • Work alongside fellow SLPs with managerial support from experienced SLPs
  • Provide short-term rehabilitation aimed at facilitating a functional return to home
  • Deliver restorative therapy to enhance the quality of life for long-term residents
  • Assist with tube feeding weaning and cognitive rehabilitation programs
  • Engage with families and nursing staff regarding after-care plans for patients
  • Implement treatment under the Patient Driven Payment Model Reimbursement System
Who We Are Looking For

This full-time position is suitable for both experienced CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
• Current state licensure
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for electronic documentation
