Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This role is focused on providing essential speech therapy services to youth, particularly in early childhood and elementary settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized therapy sessions
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments
  • Collaborate with families and educational staff
  • Document progress and maintain accurate reports
  • Oversee and facilitate IEP processes
  • Manage billing and administrative tasks
  • Support the behavioral team and multidisciplinary staff
Qualifications:
  • Active NJ Speech Language Pathologist-CCC or CFY license required
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field
Compensation:

This position offers a competitive hourly wage, averaging between $48 and $57. As a contracted professional with ProCare Therapy, you will benefit from weekly pay, as well as access to vision, dental, and health benefits. Opportunities for continuing education units (CEUs) and 401(k) matching are also available.
