Key Responsibilities- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Evaluate speech, language, and communication skills in clients of all ages.
- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create customized treatment plans to support clients' communication goals.
- Provide Therapy Sessions: Utilize various techniques and tools to deliver effective therapy sessions.
- Maintain Client Records: Keep thorough records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with Professionals: Work with teachers, parents, and other professionals to facilitate client success.
- Participate in IEP Meetings: Contribute expert input on speech and language goals in IEP meetings.
- Masters Degree: In Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- State Licensure: Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence: CCC-SLP preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience: Experience in a school setting is a plus.
