Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an SLP, you will work with clients of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Evaluate speech, language, and communication skills in clients of all ages.
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create customized treatment plans to support clients' communication goals.
  • Provide Therapy Sessions: Utilize various techniques and tools to deliver effective therapy sessions.
  • Maintain Client Records: Keep thorough records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with Professionals: Work with teachers, parents, and other professionals to facilitate client success.
  • Participate in IEP Meetings: Contribute expert input on speech and language goals in IEP meetings.
Qualifications
  • Masters Degree: In Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • State Licensure: Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence: CCC-SLP preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: Experience in a school setting is a plus.
