Client Relationship Consultant

At U.S. Bank, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients. As a Client Relationship Consultant, you'll play a key role in achieving this goal by providing personalized support and guidance to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Build and Foster Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up, asking questions and learning about their financial needs and banking preferences.
- Identify Solutions: Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital products and services.
- Provide Excellent Service: Provide a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
- Collaborate with Branch Team Members: Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Job-Related Experience: Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
- Bilingual English and Hindi or Urdu: Bilingual English and Hindi or Urdu required.
- Proven Relationship Building Skills: Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Effective Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
- Thorough Knowledge of Bank Policies: Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
- Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills: Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
