At Sevita, we provide rehabilitation services for individuals with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries, illnesses, and challenges.

As a Residential Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating daily activities and appointments, implementing programs and services, and overseeing the daily operation of the program.

You will also be responsible for ensuring onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training is delivered, providing input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions.

Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents, and lobby on behalf of our residents. Maintain relationships with families, guardians, and implement individual satisfaction enhancement plans.

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, one to two years' experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional requirements include current CPR and First Aid certification, a valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance, as well as licensure as required by state.
