Job Overview

Niagara Machine is seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to achieve company targets. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and set goals with team members.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the industrial equipment industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
