Job Title: Territory Account Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers, and develop new sales strategies to increase revenue.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge, with experience in B2B sales preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a team-oriented approach.
