Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wireless Sales Representative to join our team at Wireless Vision. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and promoting the T-Mobile brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer phone calls, and assess their needs to provide personalized solutions.
  • Sales Performance: Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customers' accounts, and excelling in quality metrics.
  • Marketing Efforts: Participate in marketing initiatives to solicit new business, including outbound calling, community involvement, and promoting the brand.
  • Store Operations: Assist with all functions within the retail store, including cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining store appearance.
  • Customer Experience: Share customer feedback with the team, ensure customer satisfaction, and build customer confidence.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in retail or a customer-focused environment.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, flexible scheduling availability, and the ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
