Job Overview

Consolidated Ntl Insurers is seeking a dedicated professional to manage a portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an independent insurance agency.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid work schedules are available.

Sign-On Incentive: Up to $5,000 available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile comprehensive client profiles and applications for both new and renewal business under the guidance of the Producer. Proactively identify and request necessary renewal information.
  • Assist clients throughout the renewal journey, collaborating with the Producer to submit requests to insurance carriers in accordance with established timelines, and follow up with underwriters to ensure timely completion of renewals.
  • Handle requests for changes, endorsements, certificates, account summaries, proposals, policies, and audit information, ensuring prompt delivery to clients.
  • Respond effectively to inquiries from clients and insurance providers.
  • Maintain organized files and records in compliance with company standards, ensuring excellent internal audit results.
  • Foster strong relationships with insurance carrier representatives, aligning with their goals to enhance collaborative efforts.
Desired Candidate Qualities:
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage workflow, billing, and follow-ups for outstanding documentation.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and underwriters.
  • Proficient writing abilities to craft clear and professional correspondence.
  • Experience with Vertafore/AMS 360 is essential.
  • Must hold a current and active Property and Casualty License with up-to-date continuing education.
