Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

The Manufacturing Technician at Vision Engineering is responsible for assembling products in accordance with established company standards, ensuring high-quality results and efficient production processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products in accordance with work instructions, meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to approved standards.
  • Report product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions;
  • Excellent manual dexterity for small part assembly;
  • Ability to read and understand written work instructions.

Work Environment:

The Manufacturing Technician will work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
