Precision Measurement Technician

We are seeking a skilled Precision Measurement Technician to join our team at Enjet Aero. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and precision of our manufactured products.

About the Role:

This position involves all aspects of CMM programming, setup, and inspection of manufactured products. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience with CMM or programming/operation, especially with Hexagon CMM (PC-DMIS).
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications and obtain part information, including understanding of GD&T.
  • Perform first piece, incoming, in-process, and final inspections to verify product quality and accuracy.
  • Report inspection results in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that all relevant details are documented.
  • Work collaboratively with the quality team to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in aerospace/manufacturing quality inspection.
  • Proficiency in CMM programming/operation, preferably with Hexagon CMM (PC-DMIS).
  • Familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100 and Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • U.S Citizen or U.S Permanent Resident due to ITAR regulations.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
