Highly Skilled CNC Technician Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team at Creed Monarch. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for assisting in shop-wide CNC maintenance and repairs.
Job DescriptionThis role includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic and mechanical issues in various production machinery, automation devices, and facilities equipment. You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide technical support to various employees and technicians are required.
Responsibilities- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC machines.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of CNC equipment.
- Conduct machine alignments, calibration, and adjustments.
- Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve machine issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new CNC equipment.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and other maintenance personnel.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in CNC machine maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
- Technical or vocational training in CNC maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with various types of CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders) and various CNC controls and PLCs.
- Ability to comprehend electrical diagrams, manuals, and other technical information.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, climbing, and standing for long periods.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, 401k, and more.
