Mechanical Assembly Technician

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team. This role involves the assembly of new and returned submersible electric motor-driven pumps and pump products. Key tasks include identifying and pulling parts, assembling pumps, performance testing, prepping for shipment, processing paperwork, maintaining serial number and production logs, modifying parts, performing facility maintenance, and any additional duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will have technical manufacturing experience (3-5 years), proficiency in mechanical and electrical equipment, experience with manufacturing assembly, computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook), ability to hit the ground running with limited training, attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication.
