Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans, considering patient needs and preferences.
  • Conduct thorough nutritional assessments and screenings to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide inpatient discharge diet instructions and offer ongoing support to patients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient profile sheets and records.
  • Collaborate with the Food Services department to optimize menu planning and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solid understanding of nutrition science and clinical practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field.
  • Certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

Estimated Salary:** $75,000 - $100,000 per year
