Coffee Regional Medical C is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant Leader to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide leadership and guidance to ensure excellent patient care and support services.
**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $80,000 per year
**Job Description:
Leadership Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of certified nursing assistants and other healthcare staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
**Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:- Certified nursing assistant license or equivalent experience required.
- 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and coach staff members.
