**Job Title:** Dietary Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Nutrition Specialist to join our team at Coffee Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing optimal nutritional care to patients, ensuring their needs are met while adhering to the highest standards of care.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive nutrition care plans in collaboration with medical professionals.
  • Conduct thorough nutritional assessments and screenings to identify patient needs.
  • Provide inpatient discharge diet instructions and offer ongoing support to patients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient profile sheets and records.
  • Attend regular meetings with the Food Services department and participate in educational initiatives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or a related field.
  • CNSD Certification and/or a Master's degree is highly desirable.
  • Registration with the American Dietetic Association is mandatory.
  • Minimum six months of experience in acute care hospitals.

Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year
