Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multilingual Operations Manager to lead our team in Houston, Texas.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality of service.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client communications, complaints, or concerns.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and contractors.
  • Oversee new hire paperwork, payroll, and benefits.
  • Multitask with minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality results.
  • Perform quality controls to maintain exceptional customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve quality of service.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish required.
  • Experience in healthcare, management, janitorial services, or a related field is a plus.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Clean driving record and ability to travel as needed.
