Prefabrication Manager Job Description

At DPR Construction, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Prefabrication Manager to join our team in the Northeast region. As a key member of our prefabrication team, you will play a critical role in advancing the use of prefabricated products, services, and means and methods throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement prefabrication plans for projects in the Northeast region.
  • Collaborate with regional prefabrication resources to advance the use of prefabricated products and services.
  • Work closely with project teams to develop and execute prefabrication scopes of work.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on prefabrication-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prefabrication suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Monitor and report on prefabrication project metrics and KPIs.
  • Participate in project VDC/BIM coordination to ensure accurate representation of prefabricated elements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in prefabrication or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing prefabrication projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of prefabrication processes and materials.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
