Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to take on the role of Assistant Manager at our bustling convenience store. This position is essential in driving operational success and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations.
  • Engage in the recruitment process, building a skilled and enthusiastic team.
  • Provide constructive feedback to foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop employee schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Manage inventory processes, including ordering and stocking.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and safety, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Oversee financial management to drive store profitability.
  • Act as the Store Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Access to a vehicle with liability insurance.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts and adapt to changing needs.
  • Proficient in English with basic mathematical skills.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the company.
