Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to take on the role of Assistant Manager at our bustling convenience store. This position is essential in driving operational success and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations.
- Engage in the recruitment process, building a skilled and enthusiastic team.
- Provide constructive feedback to foster a positive work environment.
- Develop employee schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Manage inventory processes, including ordering and stocking.
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Oversee financial management to drive store profitability.
- Act as the Store Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a vehicle with liability insurance.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts and adapt to changing needs.
- Proficient in English with basic mathematical skills.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Eager to learn and grow within the company.
