Retail Operations Manager

As a Retail Operations Manager at Big Sandy Superstore, your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction. We prioritize the growth and development of our employees, ensuring a supportive work environment that values respect and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a minimum of 48 hours per week in retail operations.
- Meet and exceed personal sales targets.
- Assist in managing and training the sales team and new recruits.
- Facilitate training sessions and establish performance goals for the sales team.
- Create memorable experiences for our customers.
- Support the store management team as needed, stepping into roles and responsibilities as required.
- Maintain effective communication with management regarding team and departmental performance.
- Conduct morning and afternoon meetings to motivate and educate the sales team.
- Drive sales through all phases of the sales process.
- Coach sales professionals individually to enhance their sales techniques.
- Observe sales interactions to ensure adherence to the sales process.
- Identify areas for improvement in sales professionals during customer interactions and provide constructive feedback.
- Set individual performance goals aligned with store objectives.
- Maintain ongoing communication with sales professionals regarding their progress towards goals.
- Demonstrate a passion for teamwork and the success of both individuals and the team.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of all store roles and operations.
- Collaborate with the Corporate HR Department to build a strong team and maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Utilize data to inform decision-making.

Education and Experience Requirements:
