Testing Center Coordinator Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as our Testing Center Coordinator. This role will oversee the daily operations of the testing center, including scheduling exams, coordinating with faculty and students, and maintaining testing policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities- Schedule and administer exams given through the Testing Center, including gathering and organizing exam materials and instructions from faculty, scheduling with students and proctors, and overseeing communication about testing services to students and faculty.
- Understand and maintain testing policies and procedures for each test offered.
- Communicate with students and faculty to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Assign exams to spaces for students to take exams and utilize resource allocation.
- Perform administrative duties, including answering phone calls, distributing mail, organizing exam folders, and other related tasks.
- Graduation from high school or its equivalent.
- One year of academic experience.
- One year of administrative experience.
- One year of customer service experience.
