We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as 2025 Graduates. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the field of guidance and navigation.

Job Summary

We are looking for talented individuals with a strong background in electrical, mechanical, or aerospace engineering to join our team. As a 2025 Graduate, you will be responsible for applying control and estimation theory to the design, modeling, and analysis of guidance and navigation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate guidance algorithms, flight controls, navigation systems, and/or flight hardware for next-generation guided missiles.
  • Perform modeling, simulation, and performance assessment of guided missile systems to support conceptual design through flight testing.
  • Design and build unique test capabilities to evaluate cutting-edge control actuation hardware systems.
  • Propose and/or engage in internally-funded research and development projects to address performance gaps in weapon systems.
Requirements
  • BS or MS degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering or in a related technical field.
  • Skilled in or have knowledge of control systems, guidance algorithms, inertial navigation, state estimation, flight dynamics, astrodynamics, modeling and simulation of dynamic systems, hardware design, and/or robotics.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and on a team.
  • Proficient in MATLAB, Simulink, Python, or C++.
  • Ability to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by start date and can ultimately obtain a Secret level clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with GNC systems (algorithms, modeling, or hardware/test).
  • Experience with collaborative software development and object-oriented software design techniques.
  • Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
