About the Role:
We are eager to expand our team of high school educators who are dedicated to continuously enhancing curriculum and instruction through collaboration. As a teacher with Talent Vision, you will be expected to:
- Exhibit expertise in Mathematics content knowledge, particularly in High School Algebra 2 and Pre-Calculus.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of Mathematics interventions targeting specific skills.
- Be proficient with online tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Design and implement curriculum and assessments that evaluate progress towards academic standards.
- Leverage data to refine curriculum and inform instructional strategies.
- Be open to weekly coaching and committed to professional growth and development.

- Employ various techniques to boost student engagement and assess understanding.
- Be accountable for students' mastery of academic standards.
- Be familiar with digital platforms such as Google Classroom and virtual meeting tools.

Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Teaching experience in upper elementary, middle, or high school settings with underserved populations.

- A valid NJ Teacher Certification completed or in progress.
