About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Representative. As a key member of our student services team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to prospective students, colleagues, and executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing outstanding customer service and responding to inquiries.
  • Screen and route calls to appropriate departments or individuals, taking detailed and accurate messages as needed.
  • Follow established scripts to provide information to prospective students, perform data entry, and transfer calls to the Admissions team.
  • Make outbound calls using a Telephone Automatic dialing system to engage with web and affiliate inquiries.
  • Schedule Info-Sessions and appointments for prospective students to visit our campus.
  • Monitor multiple queues and review invalid inquiries or returned calls.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume calls with courtesy, speed, and accuracy.
  • Experience with Telephone Auto Dialing Systems is a plus.
