This professional will spearhead our migration initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and optimized BI environments for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the rationalization of clients' Tableau environments to discern usage patterns, identify candidates for retirement, and formulate migration strategies.
  • Innovate and refine automated migration processes utilizing AI technologies.
  • Design and implement best practices for BI platform migration, with a focus on performance, scalability, and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.
  • Remain informed about the latest Power BI features and trends to continually enhance service offerings.
  • Conduct client workshops and training sessions to facilitate a seamless transition and adoption of Power BI.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics.
  • Expertise in Tableau (both Cloud and on-premises) and Power BI, including familiarity with APIs and repositories for advanced metadata collection.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in Tableau and/or Power BI is advantageous.
