About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager/Associate Director to join our Decision Science practice at Axtria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing consulting projects and delivering high-quality analytical solutions to our clients in the Life Sciences and Biopharma domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of data scientists and consultants to deliver Decision Science consulting projects.
  • Work closely with senior clients and Axtria stakeholders to understand business problems and deliver high-impact analytical solutions.
  • Manage projects to ensure exceptional quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop detailed analysis plans and lead discussions with clients to identify business problems and recommend solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging analytics and data science trends and contribute to Axtria's development of new solutions and analytical models.
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of managers, consultants, and analysts.

Requirements

  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field with 8-12 years of prior relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of the Biopharmaceutical domain and prior experience in analytics for specialty medicine, biologics, rare disease, and Oncology.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including sound knowledge of statistical concepts and predictive modeling/machine learning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate actionable analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant expertise in using analytical tools such as R, Python, Alteryx, and Dataiku.
