Job Title: Senior Data Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Strategist to join our team at Axtria, Inc. As a key member of our data strategy team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a data strategy that drives business innovation and growth.
  • Data Architecture and Management: Design, implement, and optimize data architectures to meet business needs.
  • Advanced Analytics and Insights: Promote the use of advanced analytics, machine learning, and data science to derive actionable insights.
  • Data Governance and Compliance: Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Encourage knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Advanced degree in Information Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, and Operations Management.
  • Experience: Prior experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices is mandatory. Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management, data strategy, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong presentation development and communication skills. Strong program management and team management skills. Ability to work with global teams.
