Job Overview

ServiceNow is seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisory Solution Consultant to join our Strategic Technology team. As a key member of our Solution Consulting team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Solution Sales efforts, guiding revenue growth, and driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert, working closely with sales teams to pursue customers and prospects across multiple industry markets.
  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges and provide product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong client partner relationships, fostering trust and collaboration to drive business outcomes.
  • Guide strategic programs in top accounts, including customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement.
  • Provide feedback to product management on product enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional value.
  • Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
  • Experience with Amazon/AWS Technology.
  • Experience selling to Amazon.
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence.
  • Travel, as necessary.
