Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Printer Support: Respond to customer requests for toner, technical support, and training, with a focus on customer service.
  • Printer Maintenance: Perform daily maintenance tasks to ensure printers are functioning properly.
  • Documentation: Document all service calls and requests using a ticketing system and escalate serious problems to a Customer Service Technician.
  • Inventory Management: Manage toner inventory for all devices.
  • Travel: Travel to off-site clinics and doctors' offices to provide support and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent) with additional education preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, good project management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of network and site-specific printers, and company products.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
  • Physical Demands: Modest physical effort is required, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 20 lbs.
