Job Title: HVAC Project Manager - Commercial & Industrial

Job Summary:
GPAC is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead complex commercial and industrial projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, design-build processes, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage full-cycle HVAC projects across various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, educational facilities, and recreation centers.
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of boilers, chillers, humidity control systems, steam, chilled water, gas piping, and compressors.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues, providing technical expertise as needed.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in HVAC or a related industry.
  • 10-15 years of hands-on experience with critical HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, steam, and humidity control.
  • Strong knowledge of design-build processes for commercial and industrial projects.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects in various sectors.
