Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Technician to join our team at Streamline Services Inc. As an HVAC Installation Technician, you will be responsible for performing all installations, conducting start-ups, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all installations, including setup and testing of HVAC systems.
  • Conduct start-ups, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality control of installed systems.
  • Follow the NexStar installation system and require minimal assistance from install/service managers.
  • Understand and utilize Service Titan processes to streamline installation and maintenance tasks.
  • Use the installation manual for every job and follow all Streamline processes and policies.
  • Maintain clear, direct, and timely communication with the Install Manager and Sales team.
  • Be knowledgeable about customer financing options and provide technical support when required.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Streamline's Core Values and Guiding Principles.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have or be willing to get the proper certifications.
  • Experienced with Service Titan or similar software CRM.
