Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Technician to join our team at Streamline Services Inc. As an HVAC Installation Technician, you will be responsible for performing all installations, conducting start-ups, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality control. You will follow the NexStar installation system, which requires minimal assistance from install/service managers. You will adhere to all Streamline processes and policies, including clear communication with dispatch, Install Managers, and the Sales team. You will know customer financing options and provide technical support as needed. Maintaining a professional appearance, understanding Key Performance Indicators, and upholding Streamline's Core Values and Guiding Principles are essential aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all installations.
  • Conduct start-up, troubleshooting, and quality control.
  • Understand and utilize Service Titan processes.
  • Use the installation manual for every job.
  • Follow the NexStar installation system.
  • Require limited assistance from Install/Service Managers.
  • Know and use all Streamline processes and policies, including:
  • Debrief/communication process with dispatch
  • Maintain clear, direct, and timely communication with the Install Manager and Sales team.
  • Be knowledgeable about customer financing options.
  • Provide technical support when required.
  • Maintain Streamline Core Values & Guiding Principles
  • Maintain professional appearance
  • Understand Key Performance Indicators
Requirements
  • 2-5 Years of Experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
  • Experienced with Service Titan or Similar Software CRM.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs).
  • Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and outdoor settings.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
