Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Acro Service Corporation. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in the staffing industry.
About the RoleThis Regional Sales Manager position will be responsible for driving sales of Commercial Staffing Services, including light industrial, administrative, and clerical services. The ideal candidate will have a strategic focus on high-volume accounts that benefit from a managed vendor, onsite management, or sole provider model.
The successful candidate will utilize the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing new business. They will also be responsible for account growth, relationship building, and sales process management.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Customer Expansion: Execute Acro's strategic initiatives to grow the customer base both within serviceable markets near Acro's physical locations and nationally.
- Sales Process Management: Follow a structured sales cycle, including targeted outreach, lead qualification, proposal development, and customer engagement to convert leads into accounts.
- Cultivate Relationships: Build and sustain long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction across all customer interactions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ Years of Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated success in sales within the staffing industry, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Results-Oriented Sales Ability: Skilled in identifying, developing, and closing staffing needs within a competitive, results-driven environment.
