Focus Area: CFO Advisory Services
Our CFO Advisory Services are dedicated solely to the office of the CFO, aiming to drive value creation through our financial consulting offerings aligned with our clients' strategic objectives. We are a cohesive team collaborating with both private and public entities across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Financial Planning and Analysis, encompassing forecasting, budgeting, and the preparation of pro-forma financial data.
  • Deliver technical expertise on US GAAP and SEC regulations, including accounting research, documentation, and client presentations.
  • Generate precise external financial reports for clients, auditors, or the SEC, including the preparation, review, submission, and distribution of periodic financial statements such as 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements.
  • Assist in designing and implementing new accounting policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and enhance the financial accounting close process, streamlining monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.
  • Act as a liaison for clients with external auditors and internal stakeholders to facilitate audit preparations.
  • Support Cash to Accrual Accounting post-transaction, including Opening Balance Sheet preparation and Purchase Accounting.
  • Lead and manage projects while coordinating directly with clients.
  • Develop proactive working relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee and mentor staff, providing timely and effective performance feedback and training.
  • Travel may be required up to 25% based on client needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a public accounting firm and an operational accounting role.
  • Strong and current knowledge of US GAAP, with a deep technical understanding of topics such as ASC 606 revenue recognition, lease transactions, and purchase accounting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Possession of a CPA license.
