Key Responsibilities:
A Senior Financial Consultant will possess extensive experience, including a minimum of one year in a leadership capacity.

Connor Group professionals must be adept problem solvers, critical thinkers, and effective communicators, capable of taking full ownership and serving as the primary contact for our clients.

  • Assisting with Financial Statement Closures
  • Overseeing Financial Reporting/SEC Reporting
  • Managing General Ledger
  • Conducting Consolidation Accounting
  • Executing Managerial Accounting
  • Handling Complex Debt, Revenue, Lease, and Equity Accounting
  • Providing ERP/Procurement/Close Management platform support
  • Building and nurturing client relationships through high-quality deliverables, executed promptly, thereby adding value and creating opportunities for further engagement

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Big Four or similar top-tier accounting firm, or a combination of public accounting and high-performance industry accounting experience
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to act as the primary client contact and lead effectively
  • Genuine passion for assisting clients with a strong focus on operational accounting
  • Master's degree in Accounting preferred; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Experience with accounting software, particularly NetSuite or other large ERP systems, is highly valued; familiarity with tools such as FloQast, Blackline, Workiva, and Carta is a plus.
