Key Responsibilities- Set up and maintain mortgage loan files, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Assist customers and prospects throughout the loan process, fostering strong business relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate communication between realtors, title agents, and customers regarding settlement, commitment letters, and loan approval requirements.
- Gather necessary documentation to support Mortgage Loan Officers and Mortgage Sales Managers in underwriting and credit review of borrowers.
- Assist in preparing loan submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Enter and close referrals in the Fulton Financial Corporation connect system, maintaining accurate records.
- Manage marketing programs and tools, such as Loan Officer Toolbox, to support business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Fulton Mortgage Company marketing coordinator to fulfill Loan Officer marketing needs.
- Assist with data entry into Fulton Mortgage Company's loan origination system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate and follow up with Loan Officers, realtors, customers, and processing staff to ensure clear and constant communication.
- Act as a liaison between parties to resolve any issues or concerns.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 or more years of experience in mortgage banking.
- 1 or more years of administrative experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
