Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals by providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the home-buying or refinancing process.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch service to every client, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Market and solicit residential loan business, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Advise and educate clients on the home-buying or refinancing process, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Build and own your business within USA Mortgage, with the support of our team.
Requirements
  • 2 to 4-year college curriculum or equivalent industry experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging sales environment.
  • Encompass experience or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of various residential mortgage loan products.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, and competitive spirit.
  • MLO approved license in NMLS.
Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • State Minimum Hourly - $16.10 (recoverable).
  • Commissions on personal production.
  • Voluntary benefits, including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, Short-Term Disability, Voluntary Life Insurance, CHUBB Supplemental Insurance, Pet Insurance, and 401K.
