Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the performance of industrial equipment, manage Total Preventative Maintenance, and lead a team of maintenance professionals at our Lexington, KY facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the maintenance department to ensure the performance of industrial equipment
  • Develop and implement Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) strategies to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines
  • Lead people management, including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being
  • Develop and control predictive maintenance of plant machinery, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
  • Understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance principles
  • Proficiency in professional and engineering PC applications
  • English language proficiency (reading, writing, oral)
