Job Summary

We are seeking a collaborative, creative, and agile Product Marketing Manager to help tell our compelling product stories to our target audiences and drive success. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can connect the dots between product market fit and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and marketing plans for new and existing products, including positioning, messaging, and launch tactics.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, engineering, and other teams to align marketing strategies with product capabilities and business objectives.
  • Create compelling marketing materials and sales enablement tools, including collateral, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Leverage digital channels to enhance product visibility and lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyze market and campaign performance to refine strategies and report on key metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the homecare or healthcare industries.
  • Experience navigating complex organizations and a high level of comfort with fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
