Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to increase client engagement and adoption of Nimble features.
- Collaborate with pharmacy partners to understand their workflows, challenges, and product performance.
- Utilize performance and revenue reports to identify growth opportunities and share insights with key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain durable relationships with pharmacy owners and staff to provide exceptional support and guidance.
- Connect with cross-functional teams to bring technical expertise to partners and drive business growth.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, partner/customer success, or a related field.
- Proactive and confident partner guidance through new processes and solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Pharmacy experience is highly preferred but not required.
