Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute HR Strategies: Create innovative HR plans that align with our business objectives and drive growth.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent, ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet business needs.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance: Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Implement comprehensive training programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with industry benchmarks.
  • HR Policy and Governance: Develop and maintain HR policies that promote a fair, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop workforce planning strategies for business expansion.
  • Culture and Engagement: Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance a culture of teamwork and organizational alignment.
  • HR Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize HR processes and technologies to boost efficiency and service quality.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports, fostering growth and development.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven HR Leadership: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • HR Expertise: Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Exceptional Leadership: Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
