Key Responsibilities
  • HR Program Management
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Manage the HRIS system to track employee data, benefits, and performance.
    • Process new hires, transfers, reassignments, and separations for assigned districts.
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Coordinate recruitment efforts to attract top talent for open positions.
    • Develop and implement effective interview techniques to ensure accurate candidate selection.
  • Employee Relations
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
    • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Develop and maintain reports to track HR metrics and key performance indicators.
    • Provide data-driven insights to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in education or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and software.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in an office setting and may be required to travel occasionally. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
