The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all Human Resources programs, initiatives, and procedures, including new hires, separations, background checks, salary calculations, and personnel services.
Key Responsibilities- HR Program Management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the HRIS system to track employee data, benefits, and performance.
- Process new hires, transfers, reassignments, and separations for assigned districts.
- Recruitment and Hiring
- Coordinate recruitment efforts to attract top talent for open positions.
- Develop and implement effective interview techniques to ensure accurate candidate selection.
- Employee Relations
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Develop and maintain reports to track HR metrics and key performance indicators.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in education or a related field.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and software.
The successful candidate will work in an office setting and may be required to travel occasionally. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
