- Bachelor's Degree in Business Operations: MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 Years of Experience: 5 years in a senior leadership or director role.
- Proven Experience Managing Human and Financial Resources: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Adaptable and Resourceful: Ability to resolve conflicting priorities and negotiate contracts.
- Experience Interacting with Senior Management: Board members, VIPs, and external vendors.
- Ability to Exercise Discretion and Confidentiality: Willingness to travel for organizational events and meetings.
- $180,000-200,000+ DOE: Comprehensive benefit package.
