Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Daily Business Activities: Provide guidance to senior leadership and ensure smooth operations.
  • Create and Approve Comprehensive Strategies: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth.
  • Manage Support Staff: Hire, train, and develop employees in partnership with Human Resources.
  • Monitor Team and Individual Performance: Set clear expectations and motivate team members.
  • Create and Support an Open Communication Culture: Conduct regular team meetings and communicate departmental updates.
  • Support Seamless Flow of Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the CEO and organizational board.
  • Identify and Implement New Technology: Enhance operational efficiency through technology.

  • Monitor Revenue Margins and Worker Productivity: Identify areas for improvement and implement recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Operations: MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 Years of Experience: 5 years in a senior leadership or director role.
  • Proven Experience Managing Human and Financial Resources: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Adaptable and Resourceful: Ability to resolve conflicting priorities and negotiate contracts.
  • Experience Interacting with Senior Management: Board members, VIPs, and external vendors.
  • Ability to Exercise Discretion and Confidentiality: Willingness to travel for organizational events and meetings.
Compensation:
  • $180,000-200,000+ DOE: Comprehensive benefit package.
