is on the lookout for a committed and innovative Chief Human Resources Officer who is passionate about nurturing the development of our workforce and, consequently, enhancing the well-being of our patients.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee our Products and Services Human Resources initiatives while designing and executing strategies, programs, policies, and procedures that align with our core mission and support our strategic objectives.

Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that all our programs are administered consistently, adhering to federal and state regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

As a strategic collaborator, you will work closely with division Executives and Operations to synchronize HR initiatives with overarching business goals.


Your Contributions:
Lead a national HR and employee relations team, catering to multiple business units and markets.

Provide guidance to business leaders across various locations.


Play a key role within the Senior Human Resources Leadership team, contributing insights into HR's strategic direction and advocating for the needs and perspectives of the supported business units.


Drive the implementation of HR programs within the respective business units, offering expert advice on organizational and leadership challenges, while providing consultation and coaching to regional leaders, managers, and employees to achieve business objectives and foster positive employee relations.


Engage with line leaders on critical issues such as performance management, leadership succession, organizational effectiveness, diversity, career development, and leadership training.

Exhibit the capability to influence both business and HR priorities at a strategic level.

Ensure meticulous record-keeping and reporting of performance evaluations.

Travel may be required within the United States.

Essential Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification is preferred.

A minimum of 15 years of relevant HR experience with a proven ability to influence.

Must have demonstrated experience in a Vice President (or higher) role or equivalent.

Proven success in managing complex organizational initiatives across various functions and business units. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.

Some travel via automobile, airplane, and other public transportation may be necessary.

The candidate must possess, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
