Job Title: Quality Engineering Manager

Technimark LLC is seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineering Manager to lead our quality improvement initiatives and ensure the highest level of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or support quality improvement initiatives such as process and product characterizations that lead to continuous cost improvements
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness of PDCA, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Techniques and/or other improvement tools and programs
  • Perform statistical analysis, product testing and measurement as necessary
  • Support the disposition activities of non-conforming products
  • Provide supervision, mentoring, coaching, performance review, developmental plans, and succession planning for others (including Quality Engineers and Supervisors)
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to address issues concerning product quality
  • Obtain and maintain Black Belt Certification
  • Conduct investigation, bounding, documentation, review and approval of non-conformances, CAPAs and customer complaints. Escalation of quality issues as appropriate
  • Analyze/review effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions. Review root cause investigation according to an established process. Accountability and ownership of Quality metrics including maintenance and reviewing of leading and lagging indicators of quality
