Job Title: Quality Engineering Manager

At Technimark LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineering Manager to lead our quality improvement initiatives and drive continuous cost improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support quality improvement initiatives such as process and product characterizations.
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness of PDCA, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Techniques, and other improvement tools and programs.
  • Perform statistical analysis, product testing, and measurement as necessary.
  • Support the disposition activities of non-conforming products.
  • Provide supervision, mentoring, coaching, performance review, developmental plans, and succession planning for others.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to address issues concerning product quality.
  • Obtain and maintain Black Belt Certification.
  • Conduct investigation, bounding, documentation, review, and approval of non-conformances, CAPAs, and customer complaints.
  • Analyze and review the effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Five plus years related experience required either in Engineering or Quality related field.
  • Relevant experience working in manufacturing/operations required.
  • In-depth knowledge of product/process Risk Management (FDA and ISO standards) required.
  • Technical Training and experience using Statistics, Lean, and Six Sigma Methodologies is required.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical software packages preferred with the ability to preview, graph, and analyze data and be able to present data that facilitates/drives decision making.
